Membership Contracts are available at the studio front desk, they must be completed and signed on the premises. A Garden of Zen Staff Member must set up and sign the contract before it can be completed. Please feel free to call the studio with any questions about the membership program.

Amendments to all Memberships- Effective April 19, 2017
If you are on the 6 or 12 month membership contract, you can cancel your MEMBERSHIP free of charge any time after the first 3 or 6 months that your pass is active, respectively. For any cancellations made prior to the first 3 or 6 active months of your pass, you’ll be charged a $100.00 early cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days before the date of your next scheduled auto-pay, or the next month’s fee will be charged.
We are unable to pro-rate refunds for cancellations processed after your most recent auto-pay. All monthly paid memberships are not refundable in part or full after auto-drafts have gone through under any circumstances. Memberships are not transferable to another person. A member will continue to be bound by this contract until the terms of this contract come to an end. Should the Garden of Zen Yoga Studio be affected by any natural disasters, fire, loss of lease, or any other unforeseen circumstance which causes the Studio to close for an indefinite period, this Studio cannot be held responsible for refunds of fees paid that month, or services lost should such incidents occur, nor be held responsible for the inconvenience caused. There is no pause pass associated with the 6 month membership. Finally, class schedules are subject to change without notice.
